Return mode of FBI results

I am trying to send my FBI fingerprint cards to FBI for verification. Can I attach a return self paid FedEx envelope to be used by FBI in returning my results. I mean, can we use private courier service like FedEx or should we use selfpaid return US postal service priority mail or some thing like that?
