My wife applied I-130 for me when she was PR and she recently became citizen so i sent letter to upgrade petion to immediate relative at National Visa center, Portsmouth, NH but i get mail from Visa center saying that they couldn't locate my petition.
Anyone have gone through this?Do i really need to send petition upgrade to National Visa center.
