Return Address Label?

Hello, all

I am about to send my forms to KCC and just realized I don't have the "return address label" that is mentioned in the letter from KCC. They say "Using the return address label, send all the completed forms........." What is return address label? What should I do if I don't have one (there was no label in my envelop when I received the letter...). Can I just put KCC address?

It must be in the envelope. It's a small slip of paper and can easily be misplaced.. But if you still can't find it, then just write the address that appears in the instructions.

I guess I will have to write the address down on the envelop as I cannot find the label. Should I write my winning number as well? Just curious how that missing label looks like... Does it say my name or just KCC address?

Hi,

I had the same problem too (I'm a dv winner 2005, I've gotten the stamp in my passport, will travel to the states soon).

The return address is actually a very small transparent stick-on slip.

I was adviced to copy the return address given and mail it, which I did. Here is KCC's reply to me

INFO: Thank you for your inquiry. You can write the return address on the envelope, you do not need the label. Thank you.
