Retrogression - What is the verdict?

guys..

we have been speculating things for a while now...since its been more than a week ...what is the verdict now?

it seems PD <01/01/02 is pretty accurate...with last few approvals i can certainly say that it does not matter if you have I-140 approved and I-1485 pending. As long as you are Eb3 China/India/Phil.. you are screwed. Now we are sure headed for long long wait..

I am among those affected by the retrogression. I have been watching postings & it sure looks like we are in for a long wait if PD is after Jan-2002.

This item on murthy further douses hopes of PD moving anytime soon.
