Does any one has any ideas regarding retrogression after August 2007. I am in the World category of EB2 and most likely my lawyer will be filing 485 towards the end of the year or early 2008. It is being widely predicted that all categories (including EB2-World) will be retrogressed towards the end of the year. I don't understand why this will happen to EB2-W. It was never retrogressed. Does anyone has any idea here to share. What is the likelihood here ?
