Retrogression for PT ?

I am a PT lic. and practising in the US. I have 2 questions:

1. I had applied for concurrent 140 & 485 in November 2004. my 140 was denied in August 2005 (lawyer's negligence). We appealed the decision, my 140 was then approved in September 2006. My 485 was re-opened following that. will my case go under retrogression? ca some one please tell me or send me some link to read more about the sch. A retrogression?


2. I had an RFE on my 485, asking for a visa screen certificate, i have recd it from the FCCPT. do i send the original or send them a notarized copy of the fccpt visa screen certificate. please advse. i do not want to make any mistakes and harm my case again.

We sent just a copy

Answer to your second question.

We were asked to send a copy by the lawyer. We did not notarize it.

Thanks Neo for response. We submitted a copy only yesterday, now let's hope how soon we hear back on this, what is your case status rightnow after sending the FCCPT certification, did they move fast on 485?
