retrogression for Canadian ?

Hi all,
I was born in India, but have been in Canada for very long time. I have Canadian passport. Wondering if any knows if I am also effected by Retrogression.

unfortunately yes.

It is by birth. Any one born in India, Philiphines and China mainland are affected by EB3 retrogression. Eventhough I hold Australian passport it is of no use...have to wait till it becomes current.

The only thing is if your birth ceritificate is from India, yes you are affected by retrogression.
