Retrogression - Consular Processing of GC

I would like all gurus to share their idea as to what to expect if one moves back to India under the current retrogression with I-485 not filed and applies for the GC through consular process in India when PD becomes current.

I did my work with all my heart and mind over the past 5 years but now I feel completely opposite and cannot stand this anymore.
