I have an approved I-140/NIW dated April 18th 2005. I submitted I-485, recd by VSC on August 18th 2005. I have already recieved the EAD and Advance Parole documents. In which way does retrogession affect my situation? At the end of 5 yrs, can I use the EAD to change jobs?
