I am wondering how USCIS will deal with delays relating to FBI Name Check even (if) after Visa dates do become current or move forward. Any ideas? If FBI cant do their part in a resonable time then visa numbers moving forward means nothing to people with their PD being current, at that time, but stuck in FBI name check. Please comment on this issue!
