My 485 application was transferred to San Francisco USCIC office on Oct 19th 2004. They sent me an letter on Aug 1st 2005 asking for an offfer letter from the petitioning employer to ascertain if the offer was still valid, I supplied them that letter last week. Will the huge retrogression effective Oct 1st affect my case.
