Since the Bill S1932 now passed and will soon become a law following questions came to my mind if any one knows answer/s for that pls post:

1. Is this Bill S1932, provides any relief for the retrogress? If yes , how?

2. Will the relief help the EB-3 nos. or Eb-2 nos.?

3. I read some where there are 2 other bills are pending namely :
McCain-Kennedy bill, S. 1033, and the other Cornyn-Kyl bill, S.1438. These both bills are expected to help EB-3 nos.

- Is there any update of these bills?
- Is the current passed bill S1932, some how includes these two previous bills as well?

The recaptured visa numbers will reduce the backlog, hence the cut-off date will move up.

Yes, the recaptured visa numbers should be divided among EB-Categories to reduce the backlog.

McCain-Kennedy bill, S. 1033, and the other Cornyn-Kyl bill, S.1438. These both bills are expected to help EB-3 nos.

- Is there any update of these bills? Still no progress
- Is the current passed bill S1932, some how includes these two previous bills as well?

We are not there yet.

The house has a budget reduction bill (HR4241) also, which does not include retrogression relief. Please check out here and write to memebers of congress. Thanks.
