gurus i am new to the forum,have NIW/140 approved /485 with PD 2004. Also have labor 2004 in PBEC. my question related to retrogression ( for EB2 now in 2002)
1.if my labor gets approved /do premium 140 processing , after that can i interfile 485 from NIW and move to a new job without any need for any kind of sponsership from the new employer
2. can i move to new job immediately after interfiling or wait six months
3. if i can't interfile because of retrogression , can I still move to new job after six months of 140 approval( i had heard of a bill in that regard about using AC21 if 485 can't be filed because of retrogression)
4.any predictions on retrogression of EB2
