There is no approvals posted today and future approvals for 2007 looks gloomy. I am not very positive about anymore approvals this week, if some one gets their approvals I feel they are very lucky and the rest of us to be ready for another long wait.
I missed two retro one in 2005 and now its looks like 2007 too. The EB3 PD dates are moved so badly and it seems another long wait. This wait could trigger again FP and NC and the loop will go again for another 2 years.
USCIS released some statistics last month that they approved 16,000 employment based green cards for Indians, surprisingly this didn’t help to for Pd to move. Actually PD remains same or it went back by another 18 days for EB3. EB2 defiantly have a significant move.
Anyway all these years I learned is to be patient which will pay one day.. So getting ready for another long wait and to apply for my forth EAD and AP.
