Retro Case -- LUD Changed yesterday and today

hi guys...

mine is a retro case...pd aug '02 EB3...and 485 rd jun '03 and 140 ad apr '03..

the LUD on my and my wife's i-485 changes yesterday and today...and i was wondering why...since we are retro...y even look at our case?

did anyone see such thing?

FYI ....My LUD and My Wife's LUD changed on 1/11, 1/12.....

I hope we all get approved. I am not able to settle down with the thought that retogression is going to affect our cases and we are in for a long wait.

...so you had LUD changed 2 days in a row around 10 days back...and nothing happend till now....hmmmm

well that means there is no hope....looks like they reviewed it cos everything was completed and then they looked that its a retro case...and put in on the back shelf...

first LUD change was when they picked to see the PD and second LUD was for keeping in the back shelf...

thanks for sharing the info though...i kind of got excited ;-)...

yup nothing happend since 1/12.... today 1/21.... it has been 7 business days since LUD changed....nothing happend.....

My 7 th year extension approved on 1/10..... may be LUD because of it.... or they opend my file and realized that I am Retro case, and put it in shelf back.....who knows :mad: :confused: :o :(

but don't loose hope..... sure that we all will get GC.... only thing is WHEN.....we dont know that.....

So relax.....let it happen..... when it has to happen.....
