This is my first post, I hope this is the right place.
I’m with my US employer for a very long time (L1-A) and now my retirement comes in sight the employer offers me an EB1. Not for continue working but for availability if they need to reactivate me.
Therefore I’ve a problem with, “Theory is that you must have the good faith intent to work for your sponsor permanently”
The company lawyer said, if have to stay at least 6 month with my employer after GC approval? What are the consequences NOT WORKING AT ALL when I receive GC approval.
