I am currently employed by company A and working as consultant for company B. I have filed my labor (RIR) with Company A in Mar'03 in MD state which is practically frozen in time. Now I have to join company B by accepting thier full time offer or find another project with Company A (which is unlikely). Company A is willing to continue my GC even after i leave. Company B is going to file a labor (Regular) once i accept thier offer (in 2-3 months).Is there a way of retaining the Older Priority Date from Company A further down the road (I140/485) with Company B?
