I am planning to go back to India by end of this year:
1.Is there any way to retain my kids GC status on educational basis for more than 2 years? ( even if I took reentry permit for 2 years, they need to come back after two years)?
2.If I travel back to US to keep the status and met citizenship eligibility, how it's going to help my kids. Do I need to apply GC again for my family? ( If in case I wanted to come back for my kids education)
