Retaining EB3 PD

Hi

My labor(EB3-INDIA PD-Dec2005) and 140 has been approved six months back.

I want to apply for Second labor with EB2, either with same
employer or if i change job in that case with new employer.
Question is, can i retain my PD of EB3 Dec 2005 ? How ?

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

i did read somewhere that its possible, if your employer doesn't substitute your labor cert or does not revoke your I-140. This is really a tricky question and we need some expert advice from this forum.
 
You can file a new perm in Eb2. After it is approved, file the I-140 and get it approved, then when filing the I-485, you can use the earlier priority date of Eb3 dec 2005, when the eb2 retrograde dates come all the way to dec 2005.
