Retaining another Attorney for RFE onwards

Hi

I did I-140 & I-485 concurrent.

I want to hire an Attorney to help with the RFE and also be the contact person for I-485.

Does this mean filing a G-28 (of course RFE submission) for both and that's all about.

Hi SCICONF,

Could you please post your updates with hiring a lawyer for pursuing RFE. Do you have RFE in your hand and need a lawyer to help in response to USCIS?My situation is I have been requesting the TSC for last three months to send duplicate copies of RFEs for I-485 to my address. Originally the RFEs were mailed on Feb.10 to my ex-lawyer's address and he missed those and he can not continue his service for his personal problems. Do you think I should have a lawyer to get those RFEs. Regards.

Yes. I filed I-140 myself. When I got RFE, I hired an attorney to answer RFE and also file I-485. I did sign G28 for both RFE and I-485.
