Resume issue of GC application

Hi,
I am wonderfing if anybody can help me on Resume issue when applying GC:
My employer is going to sponsor me for green card soon, but I have a big concern: My resume for previous H-1B was different from my current resume (used for current H-1B filling and green-card application). My quesiton is how would this impact my green-card application?
I guess the real question is when CIS officer reviews the green-card application, will they review the documentaiton for previous H-1B filling? or at what point they will check resume?

Don't worry about it. it has nothing to do, on 140 stage if u like u may prepare in adv of "Edu+Experence evulation for Forigenr" it may cost under $250 they (service provider) would need ur resume , and on LC stage u submit, not on 485, 485 has to do nothing, but on 485 fill it out empl-history according prevously u submit and keep try constant , if u don't submit if they need on during 140 procesing they would send RFE,
