This result is of course consistent with Rupnet (less than 10%). Statistically, you don't need to run the script over the database, approval ratio in Rupnet represents very well. Although VSC said they have processed to 11/15/01, we all know clearly that they just don't want to say 'we have processed to November 3, 2001 as of March 15, 2003'. Believe or not, by April 15, 2003, VSC processing date will not change, still 11/15/2001.
