Result of Finger Print Review

I just heard AVM on my friend\'s(who is in INDIA) case whose RD is April 23 and ND is July 16

On Dec 31 2001, the result of your finger print review for your I 485 were received and
processing has resumed on your case.We will mail a notice if further action is needed
or decision is made.

Gurus any ideas about this message.
Does it mean that case has been assigned to an Officer.

I heard the same message regarding my FP (RD:5/4/01, ND:7/17/01, FP:11/3/01). I guess this may only mean that FP has been cleared. I doubt this indicates that the case has been assigned to an official. Because someone with RD as late as later June has got this AVM. I just don\'t have confidence that VSC can move that fast. If anyone has chance asking IIO, please let us know what the heck this means.

Prior to this message it was "Finger Prints were collected
for I 485 and pending review."

may be that review was done now.

Talked to IIO for FP reviewd.. Processing resumes.. message

He said they are processing currently March cases and as I have the RD of April, they it may take 2-3 months for my case.
