Response To Rfe

Responded to RFE on Oct 1, 2002. It was updated on INS's system on Oct 5, 2002. It's more then 45 days. No approval yet. Anyone in the same boat? or any comments are appreciated.

It could take some time ...

I have seen approvals on this forum is a time span of 3-4 weeks after filing RFE requirements. But thats the earliest I have seen ... i could be wrong. Give it some more time ... maybe it depends on other factors like the complexity of the case and of course the person handling your case.
