Hi, I submitted my I-485 application in Mar., RD Mar. 26, 2001. Then got RFE in May (fingerprint fee), then they received my response to RFE on June 6, according to the AVM. Nothing happens since then. no fingerprint has been scheduled yet. Does that mean I will be treated as the folks with RD in June? Actually my priority date is Nov. 1999 (My I-140 took more than 15months, that\'s why). should the INS then prioritize according to the priority date or I am too naive?
