Response to RFE - Approval Delay

Hi,
I would like to start this new thread. This is basically for people who received a RFE and responded to USCIS and no updates for more than a month.

Here is my case detail.
I received a RFE for "ability to pay" and my attorney sent the response to TSC on 20th sep 2006. I do not see any LUD after that.

Please post if anyone with the similar issues ...

The following message is posted on my case status. 60 days were yesterday, I am checking every hour or so Has anybody else have that kind of experience? Is it normal? I mean that nothing happens. It's I-140 with concurent I-485

Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed.

On October 6, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done.
