Thanks CNR for your last reply. I fedex the response on 30th. INS got it on 31st Aug. 33rd day from the notice. I also sent one copy of response by USPS, delivered on 31st also.

I have got NOID, becos my previous employer informed INS that I am no longer with them, and INS revoked my 140.

Now, the status has changed to,

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On August 31, 2005, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please contact the National Customer Service Center.

What does it mean, and will my priority date change becos of NOID?

It means you don't have to wait for 600 days to know the decision on NOID. Don't think more than necessary.

PD is not affected; your GC approval notice will ofcourse depend on PD being current.
