Response time for expediate request on 140

I expediate request on my 140 which was filed on 11/10/2004 on Eb3 with substitute labor.My 140 not approved as of today.

My employer faxed the letter to VSC one week ago.

IF expediate request,my 140 Lud will change?IS their any message will change?.How long it will take response back from USCIS?.

Give a minimum 2 weeks time

to hear back about expedite requests, that too if your case QUALIFIES for expedite request. And don't bombard with expedite requests by mail/fax etc.
coz for me it took little over 2 weeks and then the acknowledgement letter came which stated not send multiple expedite requests for the same purpose. so give them some time.

My I-140 case s pending since Jun 2003 EB3. I am going to send Expediate Req soon. Do we need to send receipt of I-140 ?

I am making this inquiry through my Employer. On Letter, we need signature , that signature should be Director of Company Signature or Account Manager Signature? Can Any one guide me in this... thanks
 
thanks sri, One last question - Is it necessary at end of Inquiry letter, concern person from employer's side should sign ths document ?

Did you got response on your I-140 Expediate Req from USICS?
My Employer made I-140 Inquiry (Expediate Request) 2 weeks back, I haven't heard any thing yet.

Please let me know, once you come to knw.
