Recently I sent a letter to the senator for following up with the immigration petition. Senators office sent me the following response from TSC (Feb 18)

"The case is currently enroute to the I485 manager and your constituent should receive notification shortly."

The letter also had a copy of the previous inquiry done by senators office in Aug 2008 which said the following (Aug 20)

"I have notified the I485 supervisor that this cases are ready for review/adjucation" Applicants should hear from TSC in 90-120 days"

I hope this suggests that NC and all other stuff are clear.

No LUD's or emails so far.. wonder how busy are the I485 supervisors/managers at TSC ?? most of my friends with more recent PD's got approvals from NSC.

Yesterday I got a fingerprint notice (code 1). We had our biometrics done in Aug 2007. Will this trigger another Name Check and further delay ?? Appreciate any advice.

It won't trigger another "name check"; unlike fingerprints, you only have one name check performed when you first submit your I-485 applications. Fingerprints, which normally need to be renewed after 15 months (but not always) usually are returned to USCIS from the FBI very quickly (hours or a day or two). You should see no delay based solely on new fingerprints.
