I just want let you know what is happening in my case.
RD - 02/14/2002
3rd EAD applied on Nov 2003 and approved on 03/14/2004
3rd AP applied on 03/04/2004
2nd FP scheduled 12/26/2003 but completed on 12/16/2003.
RFE Rcvd by USCIS - 10/08/2003 (for Medical, paystubs, Emp letter)
Contacted senator's office on 4/1/2004 and explained the above situation.
I received the below reply from Senator's office on 4/8/2004.

All I learned is that they verified that your new fingerprints were
received and agreed that your case is overdue for processing. I was told that your file would be pulled and assigned to an examiner for a decision. They suggested I check back with them in 30 days
