called NSC and said i am out of the processing times so canu give me an explanation ..........she was adamant that they are dealing with september 06 cases for employment based applications and not december....eventually she agreed that it was december and i was actually outside the processing times....
other than that ususal responses that no visa numbers are available till october so check in first week of october, and they are not allowed to give specific information about security checks.....
meanwhile one example of USCIS efficiency, the checks for renewal of EAD and AP were cashed in less than a week of my lawyer mailing those applications.....
