I am responding to your e-mail dated November 27, 2004, requesting status for an FBI Name Check.

A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database concerning Kishan Patel revealed a request was received from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on December 19, 2002 and it was completed on December 20, 2002. The results were forwarded to the USCIS Headquarters in Washington DC.

A review of the FBI's Name Check Program database concerning Urmila Patel revealed a request was received from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on December 29, 2002 and it was completed on December 30, 2002. The results were forwarded to the USCIS Headquarters in Washington DC.

Yes. they are processing emails dated on Nov. 27. 2004. I sent email on Nov.27, and got reply today.

One good thing is that unlike INS they (FBI name check program people) are responding to e-mails in FIFO order. If INS did that way, I woundn't be waiting so looooooooooooooooong.
