Response from Dept of Education after writing to First lady

I wrote to First lady several months back in seeking help for my name check clearance. I recently received a letter from Dept of Education that the white house referred my letter to them. After a careful review, they are forwarding it to Dept of Justice for further handling.

Has anyone had this experience earlier after writing to First Lady? Does this help anyway in this process?

when did u sent ur request to the first lady exactly?

from which country r u? how common is ur name?
