My attorney did an inquiry last week, below is response from CSC:

"All I-485 cases that are previously considered beyond JIT processing are being re-assessed. The cases that are fingerprint ready will be reviewed. The I-485 cases with expired fingerprints will be re-scheduled. Please allow 60 days for action on these cases."

do not understand what "All I-485 cases that are previously considered beyond JIT processing are being re-assessed" means, CSC even has not access our cases yet, why they claim "re-acssessed"? Does it mean that CSC will rollback JIT date for I-485?

If they are revisit the past due cases, that is great, and I secretly hope the ocean project email champion #14 play some role in bring this to USCIS' attention:

But better keep finger crossed now, and keep up with the champion, who knows what are they up to, and how much would they do anyway, we don't see any approval lately.
