response after a service enquiry

how long does it take after initiating a service enquiry for the service center to respond, I was asked to wait 45 days before calling again, I have initiated SR on July 2nd - no response yet, if I wait 45 days before I call back my PD will not be current from August 1st according to the new bullettin ( or is it August 17 th?), I am worried that they will respond in August saying that my PD is not current, gurus please help

hit and miss

I have opened multiple service inquiries and have not received a single response within 45 days. A couple of days ago, I got a response for the second service inquiry I opened, making the response time 60 days, yet not response for the first one which was opened prior to that

I did get a response to SR raised on May 15 in 30 days! I guess my SR triggered my case file to be put up on the table of an officer on May 17.
 
I have 2 open service request, first was created on 18 june 07 and when i called after 30 days they said it was not yet assigned to anyone and IO said she will create a new one keeping the first one open. No Luck.......
