responded to I485 RFE,How logn does it take

My Wife had a RFE on her Medicals for I-485,we responded to the RFE and the online message says
On October XX XXXX, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 850 and 900 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

Any one in a similar situation?does it really take 850-900 days?is there any one out there whose case got approved after an RFE,and how long did it take.

did ur wife get medical rfe because she had not submitted medicals before or because her medical had expired?

she has not submitted medicals

found in another forum...

that it takes only about 15 days to get approved once you send the medicals with the RFE. You should be getting the approvals soon..
