I have the following questions:
1. I was issued a B1 visa for 10 years and subsequently issued a L1-Blanket visa. Does this mean my B1 is invalidated (the visa officer didn't stamp "CANCELLED" on my B1)
2. Now I am in the US in L1 and my visa is valid for another 2 years. If I wish to resign from my organization and spend sometime traveling in the US (for a period less than 6 months), is it legal for me to do so by holding the L1 or the B1 (mentioned in question 1)
3. If it's not legal, what are the legal implications of staying in US for a period of less than 6 months, after resignation.
4. If it's not legal, is it possible to get a tourist visa without having to travel out of the country.
5. How long will it take for getting a tourist visa in such a case.
Thanks a lot.
