REsign on H1-b

Hi,

I am currently working for company A in California on H1-b valid till Oct 2013. I have got another offer from company B and they have already filed for a H1-b transfer. I have an employment agreement which says I can't terminate job in US and I must return to India and then serve the notice period. My company employed lawyers have already sent a letter to me stating that I will breach the contract if I quit the job here .

What should I do in this case?
 
You won't be released until unless you serve the notice period, you have to leave US and enter on new H1 from company B.
 
i dont think ur old company can force u to leave the country if u have another valid h1. they can probably force u not to work for a competitor.
