Hi everyone, I just need some advice, my situation is like this.
I was approved for dv-2004 and we (with my wife) went to the states and got our cards( plastic cards) and we came back after that to Oz where my wife is studying currently.On july this year I went back to the states after spending 5mnths in Oz and stayed there until end of september(2mnths) and cameback to Oz as I needed to stay with my wife for a while as she is writing her thesis( her final yr for her doctorate,).( my wife has already recieved her re-entry permit)
Question is,
Is there going to be any problem when I go back( I am going back on end of feburary to stay permanently in the states, total stay outside US will be 151 days)I have a valid bank account, drivers licence, valid permanent apartment and address in the US.
Do I need to consult a lawyer ?
I will be much obliged to recieve any feedbacks
