Can you file a N-400 in a state that you do not have a drivers license ?
Altho you own property in that state for over 10 years and use it for
partime residence.
You're supposed to file in the state that is your primary residence. Apparently that place you're referring to is a secondary residence or vacation home and not your primary residence.
