I am in the US since August 1997. I was married in January of 2001, but have quickly found out that the marriage is not working out. I have my conditional residency which will be removed if everythign is proven correct around December of 2003. I would like to know what might happen to my residency if my marriage really does not work out, and I have to consider divorce.
