Residency obligation ????

Anybody who was supposed to be going to Canada to comply to 183 days rule....has anybody changed their mind as per the new regulation????

I would really appreciate any inputs from anybody !!

Returning Resident

I don\'t plan to go right now.... I have applied for a returning resident. The new rule will anyway take effect in June/July \'02.
