My 485 petition has been pending since Dec'2002 and i have been working in UK for the last 15 months. This year, our company did all our tax filing. What they did was, they showed me as staying outside for more than 330 days and got more refund from IRS and used that money for UK taxes. I didnt lose any money though.
Is this going to be problem getting GC ? Should i be prepared for any unexpected RFEs
