Hi All gurus
My company is about to refile my LC under the PERM process.
However, I wanted to move, i.e change my residential address ONLY.
Job/job-location/job-description etc all remain the same...
So, earlier non-RIR LC was filed under residential address ABCD
now I want to move to residential address WXYZ.
Repeat: I continue working at the same place just a before.
My company attorney advises me not to move because he is not sure of the exact rules...(sigh!)...he only knows that the two apps shpuld be _identical_ else I may lose my priority date...
I think this is kinda ridiculous...but well who knows...
Anybody have any ideas if a change of residence between the two filings matters?
