Residece since date on N400 descripancy

My resident since date on GC is 12/xx/2004.
But 485 approval date is 'two weeks' after the date mentioned on GC.
What need to be put on N400?GC date or 485 date?which is 'truthful' answer ?

use the date on your GC

Cover your bases both ways by applying based on the approval notice date, but writing the GC date on the application.
