Rescheduling of fingerprinting

Hi everyone,
I had to reschedule my fingerprinting about 3 weeks ago, and haven't heard back from USCIS since then. How can I find out what date my fingerprinting has been rescheduled to? Do I have to wait till I get a notice? The toll free number that I tried (which was on the original notice) was a self-service menu and did not let me talk to a representative. Also, the website can't find my case number. Thanks.

How did you rescheduled your FP? How much time did you gave them between the time you rescheduled and time you were scheduled for?
You may want to take an infopass and visit the DO. Sometimes they may let you take FP before your scheduled time if you have a valid reson with a proof docs.
 
Thank you, Ami. My appointment was for March 8, I believe I mailed in the rescheduling request on March 3rd. I haven't heard anything back since I mailed in the request. Is the only way I can check on this via Infopass? Thanks!

Usally DO don't have any contact #. I am not sure about your DO. So you have to visit the DO. 800# is useless for perticular case info. It is only good for general filing instructions. (That is what I believe) If you visit the DO, there may be chances that they will take your FP at that time and you will be done. I know that happened to someone here.
