I got my FP notice, the date is Oct 15 and have also filed for EAD which as the status says is likely to get approved in 90 days. I will need to reschedule my FP as my wife is out of station (lawyer says we should do together). The question is - if I reschedule the FP will it affect the proecssing time of my EAD (i am worried as my visa will expire in Sept 2005 and if I dont get EAD I will not be able to work)
Rescheduling FP will delay EAD ?
