Rescheduling FP appointment

If I get a weekday appointment for FP and want to move it to Saturday, is that possible? Do I have to call the 1-800 number or write a letter to the Application Support Center in Newark?

Rescheduling instructions will be on your FP appointment letter. On my letter there was no number to call for rescheduling. Instead, there were two checkboxes on the letter itself (one for weekdays and one for weekends). To reschedule, it said to check the appropriate box and send the letter to an address given on the letter. The address was for the local support center.
