Rescheduling fingerprinting

Has anyone rescheduled fingerprinting?
Can it be preponed and does that cause any delay in application?
Can it be done by calling or only through the rescheduling request form?

Just go there NOW with the notice, they\'ll most likely do it for you right away!

If you\'ve got the FP notice with you...
