Rescheduling appointment through VFS

Hi All,

I took an appointment for travel visa for my parents through TTS for the month of Jan.Now iam unable to see the receipt confirmation in the TTS site(it says no records match our database).Next i took an appointment thr VFS site and i got the date for march.I need to reschedule the appointment, so that i can get an earlier date.Anyone tried to reschedule the appointment.How can i know what are the dates are available in VFS as in TTS website.Please help me out.

Never attempt to reschedule

I tried and i lost my original date to a 2 weeks later date . The system is flawed, there is no proper locking on the date which is shown on the estimate section .

I scheduled an appoointment using VFS.Saw a date earlier and tried to reschedule
but got some error so tried other option to cancel the appointment
and reschedule but lost both the applications which I had filled earlier and had to
refill DS156 and DS157 (which itself takes an hour) and date got shifted by a week.
In the end we tried to schedule appointment twice,spending 3 or 4 hrs each time but all we got was errors,no response when we tried to call on phone,2 week delay in rescheduling and headache.

VFS website is retarded.
